📑 Case Discovery Analysis

• $125/hour plus mileage and expenses.

Determine if you can win your client's case and where to assign liability. 

I can read and analyze law enforcement reports to verify what happened and/or find discrepancies to investigate. Other discovery I can inspect may include relevant or past court files about other people involved in the case, as well as photos, surveillance or police cam video.

From this we can determine how to generate new discovery favoring the client’s case. This could include untapped or previously unidentified witnesses or re-interviewing original witnesses to see if their stories have changed, digging up more contextual background on what led up to the incident, and developing alternate theories.
